At Raga & Stitch, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Return and Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Original invoice should be available.
- All requests are subject to approval after product inspection.
2. Return & Exchange Charges
A ₹150 return/exchange handling charge will be applicable for the following customer-selected reasons:
- Product Not as Described
- Size / Fit Issue
This charge covers return shipping and handling costs.
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please raise the request within 5 days of delivery.
To process your request, the following are mandatory:
- Complete unboxing video (without any cuts or edits).
- Clear images showing the issue.
- Order number.
Requests without a proper unboxing video and supporting images will not be approved for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Orders
- Orders above ₹8,000.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale.
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.
- Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and return handling charges.
5. Refund Approval Process
- Our team will inspect the returned product.
- Approved requests may receive a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
- Raga & Stitch reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet our policy requirements.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method whenever applicable.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2–3 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
8. How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

9. Important Notes
- Orders above ₹8,000 are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Handcrafted products may have slight variations in color, texture, weave, or embroidery.
- Minor differences due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered manufacturing defects.
10. Policy Rights
Raga & Stitch reserves the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
