Refund policy

At Raga & Stitch, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only for eligible cases approved by our support team.

• Refund requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and invoice should be available.
• Refunds are applicable only after return approval and product inspection.

2. Non-Refundable Orders

The following orders are strictly non-refundable:

• Orders above ₹8000.
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.
• Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.
• Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

• Order number
• Clear product photos
• Proper unboxing video

Without proper proof, refund or replacement requests may not be approved.

4. Refund Approval Process

Once your request is received:

• Our team will review and inspect the issue.
• Approved cases may be eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.
• Raga & Stitch reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.

5. Refund Processing Time

After approval, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method and banking partner.

• Online payment refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• In certain cases, refunds may be provided as store credit.

Processing delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control.

6. Cancellation Refunds

Orders cancelled within the allowed cancellation window may be eligible for refund.

• Orders can only be cancelled within 2–3 hours after placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation refunds may not be possible.

7. Important Notes

• Orders above ₹8000 are completely non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Handcrafted products may have slight variations in weave, embroidery, texture, or color.
• Minor differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.
