1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be available.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
2. Return Charges
A ₹150 return handling charge will be applicable for returns raised under the following reasons:
- Product Not as Described
- Size / Fit Issue
This charge covers return shipping and handling costs.
3. Non-Returnable Orders
The following orders are strictly non-returnable:
- Orders above ₹8000.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products purchased during sale or clearance offers.
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged items.
4. Quality Check Before Dispatch
Every product at Raga & Stitch undergoes proper quality inspection before dispatch to ensure customers receive products in the best possible condition.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please raise the request within 5 days of delivery.
The following proof is mandatory:
- Order number
- Clear product images
- Complete unboxing video (without cuts or edits)
Requests without a proper unboxing video and clear product images will not be approved for return, exchange, or refund.
6. Return Approval Process
- Our team will review and verify the request.
- Eligible requests may be approved for replacement, refund, or store credit.
- Raga & Stitch reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the policy requirements.
7. Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Reverse pickup availability depends on your location. In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the provided return address.
Products must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

9. Important Notes
- Orders above ₹8000 are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Slight color or texture variations may occur due to photography, lighting, and handcrafted processes.
- Minor variations in handcrafted products are natural and are not considered defects.

Raga & Stitch reserves the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
