At Raga & Stitch, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order on our website.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled within 2–3 hours after placing the order.

• Cancellation requests raised after the allowed time window may not be accepted.
• Once the order is processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request order cancellation, customers should contact our support team as soon as possible with:

• Order number
• Registered mobile number or email address
• Reason for cancellation

Cancellation requests are subject to approval by our team.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

• Orders already processed or shipped
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Special sale or limited-edition products
• Orders placed during promotional or festive campaigns

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Eligible cancelled orders may qualify for refund according to our Refund Policy.

• Orders above ₹8000 are non-refundable.
• Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method and banking partner.

5. COD Order Cancellation

Raga & Stitch reserves the right to cancel Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in situations such as:

• Unserviceable delivery locations
• Verification failure
• Repeated order rejection history
• High-risk or suspicious transactions

Please note that COD is not available for orders above ₹4000.

6. Order Modification

Customers may request changes to:

• Shipping address
• Contact details
• Product variants

only before the order is processed for dispatch. Modification requests are subject to approval and product availability.

7. Important Notes

• Handcrafted or artisan-made products may begin processing immediately after order placement.
• Cancellation requests received after dispatch initiation cannot be accepted.
• Raga & Stitch reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that violate policy conditions.

8. Policy Rights

Raga & Stitch reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
